REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT: (please initial each paragraph and sign at end)
This agreement gives CTK (Coastal Talent Kids, Teens and Adults) and its associates permission to use your photographs and images for promotional purposes. This is not a contract for employment, but merely a statement of interest and intent. CTK is an agency that refers talent for work in film, television, commercials, voice over, print and related fields. A verbal contract is established between our agency and you prior to your working on each referred job. You will be responsible for providing CTK with professional quality photographs and resumes (paper and electronic) in order to be included in submissions to casting directors and other potential employers. You will also be required to maintain 800 Casting, Now Casting and Actors Access accounts. Failure to do so may result in less effective representation and serve as cause for contract termination.
Furthermore, you agree to release CTK and referred employees from any and all liability for any damage or harm that may come to you, relatives, guests or property in travel to and from any auditions, assignments or during an audition or assignment.
CTK will be compensated 10% of the total gross for union pay for all work referred to you through our agency, 15% for all non union work and 20% for print. Any clients with auditions or jobs you received through CTK or while with CTK must continue to book you through CTK.
ALL payments for work performed will come directly to CTK. If you receive checks for residuals or other income from work performed while with the agency or negotiated by the agency, you are required to pay the agreed upon percentage to the agency, even if you are no longer with the agency. Any work booked by the talent directly is covered by the terms of this contract unless otherwise agreed upon with the agent and subject to agency commissions. CTK reserves the right to deduct direct out of pocket costs for audition tapings, delivery of audition materials, etc. from the Talent’s net payment of booked jobs to reimburse the agency.
CTK has exclusive rights for all work in film, television, commercial, voice over, print and related fields in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Louisiana, Alabama, Florida and Tennessee unless stated otherwise agreed upon and stated here:

Talent who come to CTK with existing managers or agents (including LA or NY) are advised that copies of these arrangements must be made available to CTK within 72 hours of signing this contract. It is the responsibility of the Talent to insure that the policies of any other agent does not infringe upon the rights and expectations of CTK. Talent acknowledges and affirms that CTK is the primary agent for any and all projects that shoot in the CTK service area. Furthermore, Talent agrees and confirms that CTK is due any and all fees, as set forth elsewhere in this document, for any and all projects, regardless of who makes the initial submission for the job.
Talent agrees that any contracts for work, paying or non-paying, will be given to CTK for review before they are signed unless expressly agreed upon beforehand.
In addition: Talent shall conduct himself with due regard to public conventions and morals. Talent agrees that he will not do or commit any act or thing that will tend to degrade him in society or bring him into public hatred, contempt, scorn or ridicule. Talent further agrees that he will not do or commit any act or thing that will tend to shock, insult or offend the community or ridicule public morals or decency, or reflect negatively on the agency in general. This agreement shall cover any and all behaviors whether in personal life, on the internet or other electronic media, on film/video and any other genre, including, but not limited to: photographs, live statements, print media, video, film or any other recorded projects. This includes any and all social networking outlets, including (but not limited to) Twitter, Facebook, Myspace, YouTube, Google, etc. The talent agrees to disclose any and all web addresses where Talent has a presence.
This contract shall remain binding for a period of two years and shall be automatically renewable on an annual basis unless terminated in writing by either party.
This contract may be terminated by Talent via email or written correspondence with 45 days notice. Talent may not procure work in the CTK service area (GA, NC, SC, AL, LA, FL, TN) prior to 45 days after termination. CTK has the right to terminate this agreement if Talent is in violation of the terms of this contract or if the Talent is not performing to agency or industry standards.
