The following is a brief overview of the sponsorships and other opportunities for involvement with the show:
____ $1000 MAIN EVENT HEADLINE Sponsor Full-sized Ad on Back Cover or Inside Back Cover of Show Program. 20 VIP seats to show on night of choice, Best in House Billing as “Sponsored By” on all posters, fliers, billboards, etc. as applicable.
_____ $750 SECONDARY EVENT Sponsor 3 Available _____ “Enchanted Tea Party” _____ “Breakfast with Belle” _____ “Meet Me at the Movies” (dates for all these will be announced soon) Top billing on all items, including (but not limited to) tabletents, posters, ads, etc. for the secondary event. Listing in the Main Show Program on the major donors page. Includes 4 Reserved VIP tickets to the show and Includes up to 6 secondary event tickets.

Business Card Ad in show program
_____ $100 Event Patron 2 Reserved Seat Tickets to performance of choice plus name listing in show program
Stars in our Eyes, Inc. & Floyd Healthcare Foundation are tax-deductible non-profit organizations. Tickets should be deducted from the charitable deduction claim, i.e. Event Patrons can claim $40 as a taxable donation.
All ads must arrive camera-ready and the correct size by May 25, 2005. Program book will be full-sized standard paper.
