So You Want to Be A Professional Actor...
Where to begin?  Well, first of all, you need to realize that there is not a single, set formula to help you reach your goal.  What worked for one person may or may not work for you.  We did a fantastic workshop last summer called "Acting Tools" and everyone received a thick book of advice and guidance.  We'll share some of the pages here for you to use.  Please DO NOT use any of these materials without approval of the director.

This is a work in progress, but enjoy the pages linked here and feel free to visit the message boards to ask your own questions and get advice!

Keep in mind that every agent has their own way of doing things...and THEY will tell you exactly how they want your resume to look and what kind of headshot they want you to get.

BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING ELSE, please read over THIS information on getting an Agent--it is written for the Atlanta market, but is fairly applicable around the country in the secondary markets.

Let's take a look at what the scouts SAY and what they really MEAN!
